高速攝影成像分析聲帶振動(dòng)發(fā)聲的前后不對(duì)稱性

【摘要】:高速攝影成像直接觀察到聲帶振動(dòng)的前后不對(duì)稱性。將11個(gè)離體狗喉聲帶進(jìn)行發(fā)聲實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)置3組聲門下壓分別為10 cmH_2O,20 cmH_2O和30 cmH_2O,利用高速攝像儀和傳聲器,分別記錄不同聲門下壓的聲帶振動(dòng)圖像和聲信號(hào).對(duì)高速攝影成像與同步采集的聲信號(hào)基頻進(jìn)行定量分析和比較,基頻均隨聲門下壓的增大而增加。此外,對(duì)兩種測(cè)量方法得到的基頻進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析比較,得到在同一聲門下壓下兩種方法的基頻相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.9,表明高速攝影成像得到的基頻與聲信號(hào)的基頻具有高度相關(guān)性。高速攝影成像能直觀地測(cè)量聲帶振動(dòng)行為,對(duì)研究聲帶振動(dòng)發(fā)聲機(jī)理提供了有價(jià)值的測(cè)量手段。高速攝影獲得的聲帶線性結(jié)構(gòu)上25%,50%,75%位置處的振動(dòng)幅度,顯示了聲帶前后振動(dòng)不對(duì)稱且聲門下壓較低時(shí)振動(dòng)不對(duì)稱較明顯。
[Abstract]:The front and back asymmetry of vocal cord vibration was observed directly by high speed imaging. In this paper, the vocal cords of 11 dogs' laryngeal vocal cords in vitro were tested, and three groups of glottic pressure of 10 cm H _ 2O ~ 20 cm H _ 2O and 30 cm H _ 2O were set up respectively. Using high-speed camera and microphone, the vocal cord vibration images and sound signals of different pressure under the glottis were recorded respectively. Quantitative analysis and comparison of the fundamental frequency of acoustic signals obtained by high speed imaging and synchronous acquisition show that the fundamental frequency increases with the increase of the subglottic pressure. In addition, the correlation analysis and comparison of the fundamental frequency obtained by the two measuring methods show that the fundamental frequency correlation coefficient of the two methods under the same threshold pressure is greater than 0.9, which indicates that the fundamental frequency obtained by high-speed photography has a high correlation with the fundamental frequency of the acoustic signal. High-speed photographic imaging can directly measure the vibration behavior of vocal cord, which provides a valuable measurement method for studying the mechanism of vocal cord vibration and sound. The amplitude of vibration at the 75% position on the linear structure of the vocal cord obtained by high-speed photography shows that the vibration asymmetry is obvious when the vocal cord is not symmetrical before and after and when the pressure under the glottis is low.
