【摘要】：年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)是50歲以上人群主要的致盲性眼病,其中萎縮型占AMD患病總數(shù)的85%~90%。隨著光譜成像、眼底自發(fā)熒光、光學(xué)相干斷層掃描、微視野、多焦視網(wǎng)膜電流圖及其他新方法在眼科臨床的應(yīng)用,人們對萎縮型AMD病變的形態(tài)及功能改變有了更深入和全面的認識,本文就近年來的相關(guān)進展予以綜述。
[Abstract]:Age-related macular degeneration (age-related macular) is the leading cause of blindness in people over 50 years old, among which atrophic type accounts for 8590% of the total number of AMDs. With the application of spectral imaging, fundus autofluorescence, optical coherence tomography, microfield, multifocal electroretinogram and other new methods in ophthalmology, The changes of morphology and function of atrophic AMD have been well understood in this paper.
