【摘要】：目的評估應(yīng)用經(jīng)鼻面罩正壓通氣治療對阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停(OSA)患者心律失常的治療效果。方法選取我院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的OSA停合并心律失常患者80例,依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將這些患者分為藥物治療聯(lián)合經(jīng)鼻面罩正壓通氣治療組(聯(lián)合治療組,n=40)和單純藥物治療組(單獨(dú)治療組,n=40)兩組,對兩組患者的HR、AHI、最低SaO_2、(中文名?)TSTSaO_290%及夜間心律失常發(fā)生次數(shù)、臨床療效、臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果聯(lián)合治療組患者的夜間最慢HR、SaO_2low均顯著高于單獨(dú)治療組(P0.05),夜間最快HR、AHI、TSTSaO_290%均顯著低于單獨(dú)治療組(P0.05),夜間心律失常發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著少于單獨(dú)治療(P0.05),治療的總有效率92.5%(37/40)顯著高于單獨(dú)治療組72.5%(29/40,P0.05),臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間均顯著短于單獨(dú)治療組(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)鼻面罩正壓通氣治療阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停患者心律失常的治療效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of nasal mask positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of arrhythmia in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods 80 patients with OSA and arrhythmia treated in our hospital in May May 2014, ~2016, were divided into drug therapy combined with nasal mask positive pressure ventilation group according to the random digital table method. (combined treatment group, n=40) and pure drug treatment group (single treatment group, n=40) two groups, two groups of patients with HR, AHI, the lowest SaO_2, (Chinese name?) The total effective rate of the treatment was 92.5% (37/40) significantly higher than that of the single treatment group (29/40, P0.05), and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter than that of the single treatment group (P0.05).
