【摘要】：近視眼不僅是屈光問題,高度近視的視網(wǎng)膜退變、病變已成為首位不可逆性致盲眼病。既然眼底病變是近視眼致盲的靶組織,監(jiān)測近視弧的改變應(yīng)該成為評價近視防治是否有效的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。也應(yīng)該是眼視光門診中警示患兒及其家長的重要方式。配鏡只解決近視眼看遠(yuǎn)的問題,過久看近的過度調(diào)節(jié)是近視眼形成的主要原因,因此看近時配戴減少調(diào)節(jié)的眼鏡,才是預(yù)防近視的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Myopia is not only a refractive problem, high myopia retinal degeneration, pathological changes have become the first irreversible blindness. Since fundus lesion is the target tissue of myopia blindness, monitoring the change of myopia arc should be one of the criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of myopia prevention and treatment. It should also be an important way to warn children and their parents in eye-optic clinic. Matching mirror only solves the problem that myopia can see far away. The main reason of myopia formation is to overregulate myopia for too long, so wearing glasses to reduce adjustment is the key to prevent myopia.
