【摘要】：目的探討健聽成人競爭句測試的影響因素,為兒童競爭句測試表的編制及中樞聽處理障礙診斷工具的研發(fā)提供參考。方法應(yīng)用語義競爭、句子成分競爭、語音競爭三種類型競爭句測試表,采用2×2×3三因素混合實驗設(shè)計,對48例健聽成人(46例右利手和2例左利手)進(jìn)行競爭句測試,獲得其正確率并分析影響因素。結(jié)果(1)46例右利手受試者競爭句測試正確率的平均值為94.98%,2例左利手受試者競爭句測試正確率的平均值為96.12%;(2)右利手受試者右耳正確率顯著高于左耳(P0.01),左利手受試者左耳正確率明顯高于右耳;(3)性別對右利手健聽成人競爭句測試結(jié)果的影響不顯著(P0.05);(4)右利手受試者三種句表類型競爭句測試結(jié)果中,語義競爭類句表的正確率最高,其次是句子成分競爭句表,語音競爭類句表的正確率最低。結(jié)論性別對成人競爭句測試結(jié)果無影響,右利手健聽成人競爭句測試存在"右耳優(yōu)勢",在測試時需關(guān)注測試耳別問題;不同競爭類型的句子會對競爭句測試的難度產(chǎn)生較大影響,在編制競爭句測試句表時需重點考量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of adult competitive sentence test and to provide a reference for the compilation of competitive sentence test table for children and the development of diagnostic tool for central auditory disorder. Methods using semantic competition, sentence component competition and phonetic competition as three types of competitive sentence test tables, 48 healthy hearing adults (46 right handed and 2 left handed) were tested by using 2 脳 2 脳 3 mixed experimental design. The correct rate was obtained and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results (1) the average test accuracy of competitive sentences in 46 right-handedness subjects was 94.98 and that in 2 left-handed subjects was 96.12. (2) the correct rate of right-handed subjects was significantly higher than that of left-handed subjects (P0.01), and that of left-handed subjects was significantly higher than that of left-handed subjects (P0.01). The correct rate of ear was significantly higher than that of right ear. (3) gender had no significant effect on the results of adult competitive sentence test (P0.05); (4). The correct rate of semantic competitive sentence table is the highest, followed by sentence component competing sentence table, and phonetic competition class table has the lowest correct rate. Conclusion gender has no effect on the test results of adult competitive sentences. The right handedness test of adult competitive sentences has the advantage of right ear. Different types of sentences will have a great impact on the difficulty of the test of competitive sentences, which should be taken into account when compiling the test list of competitive sentences.
