【摘要】：目的觀察放療對鼻咽癌患者血清血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)、VEGF受體(VEGFR)-2和血小板反應(yīng)蛋白(TSP)-1表達(dá)的影響。方法 46例鼻咽癌患者為觀察組,應(yīng)用放射治療,觀察治療前后血清VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的變化,20例體檢健康成人血清標(biāo)本為對照組。應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測兩組血清VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的表達(dá)。結(jié)果觀察組治療前、后血清VEGF、VEGFR-2表達(dá)均明顯高于對照組,治療前、后血清中TSP-1表達(dá)均明顯低于對照組。觀察組治療前Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清VEGF、VEGFR-2的表達(dá)明顯高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,治療后VEGF、VEGFR-2表達(dá)均下降,但是Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清VEGF、VEGFR-2下降值明顯高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期。觀察組治療前Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清TSP-1表達(dá)明顯低于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,治療后TSP-1表達(dá)均升高,但是Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清TSP-1的升高值明顯高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期。線性相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組治療前、后血清VEGF和VEGFR-2的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān),VEGF和TSP-1的表達(dá)負(fù)相關(guān)性。結(jié)論放療對鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的表達(dá)有一定影響,尤其是對Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者。腫瘤發(fā)生和進(jìn)展過程中VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的表達(dá)具有協(xié)同效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of radiotherapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor (VEGFR)-2 and platelet reactive protein (tsp)-1 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods 46 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with radiotherapy. The changes of VEGFV EGFR-2 and TSP-1 in serum before and after radiotherapy were observed and 20 healthy adult serum samples were taken as control group. The expression of VEGFR-2 and TSP-1 in serum of two groups was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results before and after treatment, the expression of VEGFR-2 in serum of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the expression of TSP-1 in the serum before and after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group.
