【摘要】：新型的視網(wǎng)膜影像學(xué)技術(shù)能幫助我們更好地理解多種視網(wǎng)膜疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制,如糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變、老年性黃斑變性、青光眼以及葡萄膜炎等。早期對(duì)這些疾病進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)能夠預(yù)防進(jìn)行性視力喪失,同時(shí)在發(fā)展新型治療方法上也起著重要的作用。視網(wǎng)膜功能影像檢查技術(shù)是一種獨(dú)特的非損傷性的功能性影像學(xué)檢查技術(shù)。與目前臨床上廣泛使用的視網(wǎng)膜影像檢查技術(shù)不同的是,視網(wǎng)膜功能影像檢查技術(shù)不僅能顯示視網(wǎng)膜結(jié)構(gòu)上的改變,還能動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)視網(wǎng)膜的功能狀態(tài)和評(píng)估血流動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù),如監(jiān)測(cè)視網(wǎng)膜血液流速、血氧狀態(tài)等。本文即對(duì)這項(xiàng)視網(wǎng)膜功能影像檢查技術(shù)在各種視網(wǎng)膜疾病中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展作簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:New retinal imaging techniques help us to better understand the pathogenesis of various retinal diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and uveitis. Early monitoring of these diseases can prevent progressive loss of vision and play an important role in the development of new therapies. Retina functional imaging is a unique noninvasive functional imaging examination technique. Unlike current widely used retinal imaging techniques, retina functional imaging techniques can not only display structural changes in the retina, but also dynamically monitor the functional status of the retina. To evaluate the hemodynamic parameters, such as the monitoring of retinal blood flow velocity and blood oxygen state, this article is a brief overview of the application of this retinal function imaging technique in various retinal diseases.
