【摘要】：正頜面部外傷經(jīng)常累及上頜竇導致上頜竇骨折,而造成面部凹陷畸形,臨床治療方法多種多樣~([1-4]),各有其利弊,文獻報道上頜竇積血和骨折可造成引流障礙導致遠期鼻竇炎形成~([5]),我科采用鈦板鈦釘內(nèi)固定術治療上頜竇骨折,整體效果滿意,但部分患者存在術后感染問題,一旦發(fā)生感染,不僅增加患者痛苦和醫(yī)療費用,嚴重者可導致手術失敗,為減少術后感染發(fā)生,我科于2010-01-2016-01期間對住院治療的11例上頜竇骨折內(nèi)固定術后感染患
[Abstract]:The maxillofacial facial trauma often involves the maxillary sinus and the maxillary sinus fracture, which causes the deformity of the facial depression. The clinical treatment methods are various ~ ([1-4]), each has its advantages and disadvantages. The literature reports that the maxillary sinus blood accumulation and fracture can cause the formation of ~ ([5]) in the long term sinusitis, and the titanium plate internal fixation is used to treat the maxillary sinus fracture in our family. The effect is satisfactory, but some patients have postoperative infection problems. Once the infection occurs, not only increases the patient's pain and medical expenses, but the serious person can lead to the operation failure and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection. In the period of 2010-01-2016-01, 11 cases of internal maxillary sinus fracture after internal fixation were infected by the hospital.
