【摘要】：目的探討纖維支氣管鏡檢查與治療過(guò)程中發(fā)生的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥及防治方法。方法回顧分析2011年1月~2016年4月我科纖維支氣管鏡檢查與治療的2753例患者的臨床資料和發(fā)生的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥及防治方法。結(jié)果2753例患者纖維支氣管鏡檢查與治療共發(fā)生嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥12例,其中死亡2例,嚴(yán)重低氧血癥3例,繼發(fā)肺部感染6例,支氣管痙攣1例,嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率4.36‰,死亡率0.73‰。結(jié)論纖維支氣管鏡檢查與治療可以出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥,隨著纖維支氣管鏡介入治療的廣泛開(kāi)展,嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率和死亡率有增加趨勢(shì)。嚴(yán)格掌握適應(yīng)證、檢查前的充分準(zhǔn)備是減少和預(yù)防嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the severe complications and prevention and treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods from January 2011 to April 2016, the clinical data, severe complications, prevention and treatment of 2753 patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January 2011 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results there were 12 cases of severe complications after fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination and treatment in 2753 patients, including 2 deaths, 3 severe hypoxemia, 6 secondary pulmonary infection and 1 bronchospasm.
