【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用雙通道視覺質(zhì)量分析儀(optical quality analysis system,OQAS-Ⅱ)觀察瞼板腺功能障礙(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)患者的視覺質(zhì)量,為其臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法 50例(50眼)MGD患者按照是否伴隨干眼癥狀分為MGD干眼組(22眼)和MGD非干眼組(28眼),同時(shí)選取25名(25眼)健康志愿者為對(duì)照組。利用OQAS-Ⅱ檢測并比較3組受試者自然狀態(tài)下的視覺質(zhì)量:調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)截止頻率(modulation transfer function cutoff,MTF cutoff)、斯特列爾比值(Strehl ratio,SR)、客觀散射指數(shù)(objective scattering index,OSI)。所有受試對(duì)象均行瞼板腺相關(guān)檢查(瞼緣形態(tài)評(píng)分、瞼板腺擠壓評(píng)分、瞼板腺分泌物性狀評(píng)分)和淚液相關(guān)檢查。對(duì)3組受試對(duì)象的測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,同時(shí)檢測指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 3組受試對(duì)象的MTF cutoff、SR、OSI差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。MGD非干眼組的MTF cutoff和SR分別為(31.36±1.83)c·deg~(-1)和0.21±0.02,均較對(duì)照組的(35.87±1.59)c·deg~(-1)和0.23±0.03顯著降低,OSI為0.57±0.06,較對(duì)照組的0.45±0.06顯著提高(均為P0.05);MGD干眼組的MTF cutoff和SR分別為(27.87±3.08)c·deg~(-1)和0.16±0.02,均較MGD非干眼組顯著降低,OSI為0.72±0.10,較MGD非干眼組顯著提高(均為P0.05)。MGD患者的OSI、MTF cutoff、SR與淚膜破裂時(shí)間、淚液分泌量、瞼板腺相關(guān)檢查數(shù)據(jù)間均無相關(guān)性(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論 OQAS-Ⅱ檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)MGD患者的視覺質(zhì)量參數(shù)發(fā)生變化,且MGD干眼患者較MGD非干眼患者變化更明顯。MGD非干眼患者視覺質(zhì)量的下降應(yīng)當(dāng)引起臨床醫(yī)師的重視。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the visual quality of the tarsal gland dysfunction (meibomian gland dysfunction, MGD) patients with optical quality analysis system (OQAS- II), and to provide a basis for its clinical application. Methods 50 cases (50 eyes) were divided into MGD dry eye (22 eyes) and MGD non dry eyes (22 eyes) in accordance with the symptoms of dry eye (50 eyes). At the same time, 25 (25 eyes) healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. OQAS- II was used to detect and compare the visual quality of the subjects in the natural state of the 3 groups: the cut-off frequency of the modulation transfer function (modulation transfer function cutoff, MTF cutoff), the SRL ratio (Strehl ratio, SR), and the objective scattering index (objective scattering). All subjects underwent palpebral gland correlation examination (palpebral morphology score, palpebral gland extrusion score, palpebral gland secretion character score) and tear correlation examination. The results of the 3 groups were compared, and the correlation between the indexes was detected. Results the differences in MTF cutoff, SR, and OSI were statistically significant (P 0.05) the MTF cutoff and SR in the.MGD non dry eye group were (31.36 + 1.83) C. Deg~ (-1) and 0.21 + 0.02 respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (35.87 + 1.59) C. Deg~ (-1) and 0.23 + 0.03. The OSI was 0.57 + 0.06, compared with 0.45 + 0.06 in the control group (P0.05), respectively. Compared with MGD non dry eye group, OSI was 0.72 + 0.10, compared with MGD non dry eye group (all P0.05), OSI, MTF cutoff, SR and tear film rupture time, tear secretion, and eyelid gland related examination data were not related (all P0.05). Conclusion OQAS- II detection found that the visual quality parameters of the MGD patients were changed. Dry eye patients are more sensitive than non dry eye patients in MGD. The decrease of visual quality in.MGD non dry eye patients should attract clinicians' attention.
