年齡、教育、佩戴時(shí)間對(duì)助聽器效果評(píng)估影響的分析

【摘要】:目的:本研究針對(duì)同一時(shí)間段內(nèi)選配助聽器的群體,利用助聽器每日生活使用滿意度調(diào)查問卷(the Satisfaction with Amplification in Daily Life,SADL)、助聽器效果國(guó)際性調(diào)查問卷(the international outcome inventory for hearing aids.IOI-HA)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行助聽器佩戴效果及滿意度的評(píng)估,分析年齡因素時(shí)間因素以及教育程度在助聽器佩戴效果中的影響。 方法:選取2010年9月到11月接受天津市殘聯(lián)發(fā)放的丹麥瑞聲達(dá)心扉系列助聽器的90人作為研究對(duì)象,其中男性50人,女性40人,年齡從19歲到80歲,教育程度從小學(xué)到大學(xué),均為雙側(cè)中重度感音神經(jīng)性聾患者。將研究對(duì)象分為ABC3組,19~40歲作為A組,人數(shù)為30,41~60歲作為B組,人數(shù)為31,61到80歲作為C組,人數(shù)為29。使用日常生活滿意度調(diào)查問卷(SADL)助聽器效果國(guó)際性調(diào)查問卷(IOI-HA),采用面對(duì)面問答或者電話隨訪方式,分別于6周,6月,12月后進(jìn)行助聽器效果及滿意度評(píng)估。再將研究對(duì)象按受教育程度分為DEF3組,其中D組20人,教育程度為小學(xué)到初中,E組42人,教育程度從中專到高中,F組28人,教育程度為大專到大學(xué)。依然使用以上問卷,以同樣方法進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果:SADL問卷評(píng)分,積極作用、服務(wù)與花費(fèi)以及個(gè)人形象A組得分均高于B.C兩組,B組得分均高于C組(p0.01);F組得分均高于D.E兩組,E組得分均高于D組(p0.01);負(fù)面作用A組得分均低于B.C兩組,B組得分均低于C組(p0.01);D組得分均高于E.F兩組,E組得分均高于F組(p0.01)。IOI-HA問卷評(píng)分,A組得分均高于B.C兩組,B組得分均高于C組(p0.01);F組得分均高于D.E兩組,E組得分均高于D組(p0.01)。 結(jié)論: 1.隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),患者對(duì)助聽器佩戴的受益度及滿意度是逐漸降低的; 2.隨著受教育程度的增加,患者對(duì)助聽器佩戴的受益度及滿意度是逐漸增加的; 3.隨著佩戴時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng),無論受教育程度及年齡因素是否改變,患者對(duì)助聽器的佩戴的受益度及滿意度都是逐漸增加的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the population of hearing aids in the same time period. The Satisfaction with Amplification in Daily lifestyle satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of hearing aid wear and satisfaction with the international outcome inventory for hearing aids.IOI-HAA. To analyze the influence of age factor and education level on the effect of hearing aid wear. Methods: from September to November 2010, 90 people who received a series of hearing aids from Tianjin disabled people's Federation were selected, including 50 males and 40 females, aged from 19 to 80, and their educational level ranged from primary school to university. All patients were bilateral moderate and severe sensorineural deafness. The subjects were divided into ABC3 group (n = 40), group A (n = 40), group B (n = 30), and group C (n = 31), aged from 31 to 80 years (n = 29). An international questionnaire on hearing aid effects was used to evaluate the effect of hearing aid and satisfaction after 6 weeks, 6 months and 12 months, respectively, by means of face-to-face question and answer or telephone follow-up. The subjects were divided into two groups according to their educational level: group D (n = 20), group E (n = 42), group F (n = 28) with educational level from secondary school to high school, and their education level was from college to university. The questionnaire is still used and evaluated in the same way. The results showed that the score of SADL questionnaire was positive. The scores of service and expense and personal image in group A were higher than those in group B and group B were higher than those in group C and group C, respectively. The scores of group E were higher than those of group D and group E were higher than that of group D, and the scores of group A were lower than those of group B and group B. The scores in group C were higher than those in group E and group E were higher than those in group F and group B respectively. The scores of group A were higher than that of group B and group B were higher than those of group C and group C, respectively. The scores of group D were higher than those of group D and group E were higher than those of group D (p0.01). Conclusion: 1. With the increase of age, the degree of benefit and satisfaction of patients with hearing aid wear decreased gradually. 2. With the increase of education, the degree of benefit and satisfaction of patients with hearing aid wear increased gradually. 3. With the increase of wearing time, the degree of benefit and satisfaction of hearing aid wear increased gradually, regardless of whether the education level and age factors changed.
