【摘要】：目的:探討耳鼻喉外科術(shù)后感染的相關(guān)影響因素,為日后防控院內(nèi)感染提供依據(jù)。方法:選擇我院耳鼻喉外科收治的812例患者,對(duì)其臨床資料進(jìn)行Logistic回顧性分析,對(duì)感染因素進(jìn)行探討,并進(jìn)一步提出降低感染率方法。結(jié)果:(1)812例納入患者中,感染人數(shù)共計(jì)35人,感染率總計(jì)為4.31%。其中男性466例,感染率4.29%,女性346例,感染率為4.33%,男性與女性感染率比較差異無顯著性(P0.05)。(2)35例感染者中呼吸道疾病占感染人數(shù)的37.14%,泌尿道疾病為28.57%,消化道疾病為22.86%,其他系統(tǒng)疾病為11.43%。(3)術(shù)后感染影響因素分別為手術(shù)部位情況、手術(shù)時(shí)間、抗生素使用情況和住院時(shí)間。結(jié)論:對(duì)耳鼻喉科術(shù)后感染進(jìn)行控制,可通過加強(qiáng)手術(shù)室醫(yī)護(hù)人員素養(yǎng),使其養(yǎng)成無菌觀念、按程序標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化洗手及加強(qiáng)手術(shù)室消毒和無菌觀念等途徑進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the related factors of infection after otolaryngology surgery, and to provide evidence for prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods: the clinical data of 812 cases of otolaryngology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by Logistic, the infection factors were discussed, and the methods of reducing the infection rate were put forward. Results among 812 patients, 35 were infected, and the total infection rate was 4.31. Of these, 466 were males, the infection rate was 4.29 and 346 were females. The infection rate was 4.33. There was no significant difference in infection rate between male and female. Respiratory tract disease accounted for 37.14 of the 35 cases of infection, urinary tract disease was 28.57, digestive tract disease was 22.86 and other systemic diseases were 11.43. Not for the site of the operation, Time of operation, use of antibiotics and length of stay. Conclusion: to control the infection after operation of otolaryngology, we can strengthen the quality of medical staff in operating room, form the concept of asepsis, standardize hand washing according to procedure, and strengthen the idea of disinfection and asepsis in operating room.
