【摘要】：正青光眼在全球系首位不可逆的致盲性眼病[1]。眼壓是導致大多數(shù)青光眼患者發(fā)病和病情進展的主要危險因素,也是最易監(jiān)控的臨床指標。準確、安全、快捷地測量眼壓在青光眼的診斷與治療中具有重要意義。因此,家用眼壓計應運而生。相比于在醫(yī)院內(nèi)使用的眼壓計,家用眼壓計可以由患者在院外獨立操作,實現(xiàn)無創(chuàng)、快捷、準確地監(jiān)測眼壓。在發(fā)達國家,家用眼壓計已得到廣泛認可,目前在我國尚未普遍應用。本研究對青光眼患者進行問卷調(diào)查,了解青光眼患者對眼壓監(jiān)
[Abstract]:Positive glaucoma is the first irreversible blinding eye disease in the world. Intraocular pressure (IOP) is the main risk factor leading to the onset and progression of most glaucoma patients and the most easily monitored clinical indicator. Accurate, safe and rapid measurement of intraocular pressure is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. Therefore, the household eye pressure meter came into being. Compared with the intraocular pressure meter used in the hospital, the household IOP meter can be independently operated by the patient outside the hospital to realize noninvasive, fast and accurate monitoring of IOP. In developed countries, household IOP has been widely recognized, and has not been widely used in China. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on glaucoma patients to understand the IOP monitoring of glaucoma patients.
