【摘要】：目的研究玻璃體切除聯(lián)合曲安奈德治療糖尿病性黃斑水腫的療效。方法選取2013年1月~2016年1月我院收治的糖尿病性黃斑水腫患者60例作為研究對象,將其分為對照組和研究組,各30例。對照組實施單行玻璃體切除手術,研究組加用曲安奈德。結果研究組的視力矯正結果、術前術后的組內(nèi)對比以及并發(fā)癥率明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論對于糖尿病性黃斑水腫患者而言,臨床可以通過切除玻璃體實現(xiàn)有效治療,但其術后可能出現(xiàn)各種并發(fā)癥,可通過加用曲安奈德來提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the curative effect of vitrectomy combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods 60 patients with diabetic macular edema treated in our hospital in January ~2016 in January 2013 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the study group, each of the 30 cases. The control group was performed the single line vitrectomy, and the study group added Qu Annai. The results of visual correction in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group before and after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for patients with diabetic macular edema, the effective treatment can be achieved through the removal of the vitreous body, but the complications may occur after the operation. Annide is to improve the curative effect.
