【摘要】：目的比較耳后篩區(qū)注射鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子和臀部肌肉注射鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子對(duì)治療高海拔地區(qū)突發(fā)性耳聾患者的臨床療效,為臨床治療突發(fā)性耳聾提供依據(jù)。方法將2014年11月至2016年11月在青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科診治的106例突發(fā)性耳聾患者,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為耳后注射組和臀部注射組。兩組均給予常規(guī)藥物及高壓氧輔助治療,耳后注射組給予鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子耳后篩區(qū)注射,隔日一次,臀部注射組給予鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子臀部肌肉注射,隔日一次。所有患者療程均為聽(tīng)力恢復(fù)正常或至治療10天。然后兩組的治療有效率、治療后聽(tīng)力平均閾值及聽(tīng)力提高的平均閾值進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果1.耳后注射組治療的有效率為80.0%,高于臀部注射組的有效率57.4%,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2.耳后注射組患者聽(tīng)力提高幅值為25.23±11.77,高于臀部注射組聽(tīng)力提高幅值(13.83±18.38),P0.05,差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論對(duì)高海拔地區(qū)突發(fā)性耳聾患者采用耳后篩區(qū)注射鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子治療效果較臀部肌肉注射鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子療效好,臨床觀察中不良反應(yīng)少,該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,值得臨床參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) injected into posterior ethmoid region (PRF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) injected into hip muscle on patients with sudden deafness in high altitude area, and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of sudden deafness. Methods from November 2014 to November 2016, 106 patients with sudden deafness who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were randomly divided into retroauricular injection group and buttocks injection group. Both groups were given routine drugs and hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant therapy. The rats in the retroauricular injection group were injected with NGF once every other day and those in the hip injection group were injected with NGF in the buttocks once every other day. All patients were treated with hearing recovery or treatment for 10 days. Then the effective rate, the average hearing threshold after treatment and the average threshold of hearing improvement were compared between the two groups. Result 1. The effective rate of treatment in the retroauricular injection group was 80.0, which was higher than that in the hip injection group (57.4%, P 0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The amplitude of hearing improvement in retroauricular injection group was 25.23 鹵11.77, which was significantly higher than that in hip injection group (13.83 鹵18.38, P 0.05). Conclusion for patients with sudden deafness at high altitude, the effect of injection of nerve growth factor in posterior ethmoid area is better than that in hip muscle injection of nerve growth factor, and there are fewer adverse reactions in clinical observation. This method is simple to operate. It is worthy of clinical reference.
