【摘要】：目的研究2%碳酸氫鈉液及輔舒良兩種藥物對(duì)變應(yīng)性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)大鼠血清白介素-4、白介素-10及鼻腔黏膜的影響。 方法100只大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、模型組、輔舒良組、2%碳酸氫鈉液組、清水組。以5%卵清蛋白為致敏原,建立變應(yīng)性鼻炎大鼠模型，對(duì)造模的大鼠鼻腔通過(guò)輔舒良、碳酸氫鈉藥物治療后，于治療結(jié)束后第2天,剝?nèi)?dòng)物鼻中隔粘膜,取出雙側(cè)鼻腔呼吸區(qū)黏膜，HE染色,高倍鏡下觀察鼻黏膜的病理變化,用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附方法((ELISA))檢測(cè)各組大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10的水平。 結(jié)果2%碳酸氫鈉液與輔舒良能有效改善變應(yīng)性鼻炎大鼠鼻部癥狀，對(duì)變應(yīng)性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜均有明顯改善作用，鏡下觀察嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞明顯減少，血管擴(kuò)張、充血明顯減少，纖毛修復(fù)。輔舒良組、碳酸氫鈉組與模型組相比較，IL-4、IL-10水平降低（P＜0.05），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論2%碳酸氫鈉液能通過(guò)降低血清IL-4、IL-10水平，改善鼻黏膜嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),從而改善癥狀,發(fā)揮治療作用。因此，2%碳酸氫鈉液是治療大鼠變應(yīng)性鼻炎的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of 2% sodium bicarbonate and Shuliang on serum interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitisAR-rats. Methods 100 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, 2% sodium bicarbonate solution group and clear water group. The rat model of allergic rhinitis was established by using 5% ovalbumin as allergen. The nasal cavity of the model rats was treated with suliang and sodium bicarbonate, and the mucous membrane of nasal septum was stripped on the second day after treatment. The pathological changes of nasal mucosa were observed under high power microscope. The levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in serum of rats in each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results the nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis rats were effectively improved by 2% sodium bicarbonate solution and Asuliang solution, and the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis rats were improved obviously. The eosinophil decreased obviously, blood vessel dilated and hyperemia decreased obviously under microscope. Cilia repair. Compared with the model group, the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 decreased significantly in the Shuliang group and sodium bicarbonate group (P < 0.05). Conclusion 2% sodium bicarbonate solution can improve the infiltration of eosinophils in nasal mucosa by reducing the level of IL-4 and IL-10 in serum and thus improve the symptoms and play a therapeutic role. Therefore, 2% sodium bicarbonate solution is one of the effective methods for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in rats.
