【摘要】：目的:觀察雷珠單抗和康柏西普治療濕性年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性的臨床療效。方法:回顧性病例系列研究。分析30例30眼雷珠單抗玻璃體腔注射0.5mg每月1次,連續(xù)3次治療濕性老年黃斑變性的病例和28例30眼康柏西普玻璃體腔注射0.5mg每月1次,連續(xù)3次治療濕性老年黃斑變性的病例,比較兩組分別在玻璃體腔注藥1mo后的最佳矯正視力及OCT變化情況。結(jié)果:連續(xù)3次玻璃體腔注藥,每次治療后1mo與治療前相比,A組BCVA平均值提高,CMT平均值降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);B組BCVA平均值提高,CMT平均值亦降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組間比較BCVA變化、CMT變化差異不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:雷珠單抗和康柏西普治療均能有效控制濕性AMD患者病情發(fā)展并改善視力,治療3mo內(nèi)兩種藥物療效的比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Leizhu McAb and Compactopril in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration. Methods: retrospective case series study. 30 cases (30 eyes) of Leizhu McAb were injected with 0.5mg once a month, 3 consecutive times for the treatment of wet senile macular degeneration, and 30 cases (30 eyes) for 0.5mg injected into the vitreous cavity of 30 cases (30 eyes), and 30 eyes (30 eyes) for the treatment of wettable senile macular degeneration once a month. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and the changes of OCT were compared between the two groups after intravitreal injection of 1mo. Results: after three consecutive intravitreous injections, the average value of BCVA in group A was significantly lower than that in group A after each treatment, and the average value of BCVA in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in BCVA changes between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: both Leizhu McAb and Combortopril can effectively control the development and improve the visual acuity of patients with wet AMD. There is no significant difference between the two drugs in the treatment of 3mo.
