【摘要】：目的：評價加味活血通竅湯治療氣滯血瘀型突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床療效，并觀察與單純西藥治療在療效上是否存在差異。方法：選擇符合條件的60例病例，應(yīng)用隨機(jī)化方案分為加味活血通竅湯治療組30例和單純西藥治療對照組30例。對照組30例應(yīng)用鹽酸丁咯地爾、VitB1及VitB12治療，治療組30例在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上同時應(yīng)用加味活血通竅湯治療。2組均以1周為1個療程，連續(xù)治療2個療程后進(jìn)行療效評價。記錄治療前后純音聽閾測定結(jié)果，比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果：經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析，，治療組和對照組治療氣滯血瘀型突發(fā)性耳聾均有效，治療組總有效率93.33%，對照組總有效率73.33%，兩組在療程結(jié)束后總療效比較有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論：加味活血通竅湯治療氣滯血瘀型突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床療效確切，值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction on sudden deafness caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to observe whether there is a difference between the treatment with western medicine and that of western medicine alone. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups: Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). 30 cases in control group were treated with buflomedil hydrochloride VitB1 and VitB12, 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction at the same time on the basis of control group. The results of pure tone audiometry before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: by statistical analysis, both the treatment group and the control group were effective in treating sudden deafness of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33. The total effective rate in the control group was 73.33. There was significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups after the end of the course of treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction on sudden deafness due to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis is definite and worth popularizing.
