【摘要】：目的比較白內(nèi)障手術(shù)患者植入Tecnis ZMB00及Acry Sof Re STOR SN6AD1多焦點(diǎn)人工晶狀體(multifocal intraocularlens,MIOL)后光學(xué)性能與視覺質(zhì)量。方法選取2012年3月至2015年7月于我院眼科擇期進(jìn)行白內(nèi)障手術(shù)治療的患者120例(130眼)。所有患者均采用MIOL植入,并根據(jù)MIOL類型分為A組(Tecnis ZMB00組)、B組(AcrySof ReSTOR SN6AD1組),測(cè)定患者手術(shù)前后裸眼遠(yuǎn)視力(uncorrect distant visual acuity,UCDVA)、裸眼近視力(uncorrect near visual acuity,UCNVA)、裸眼中距離視力(uncorrecta intermediate vision,UCIVA)、最佳矯正遠(yuǎn)視力(best correct distant visual acuity,BCDVA)、最佳矯正近視力(best correct near visual acuity,BCNVA),均繪制離焦曲線,作對(duì)比敏感度分析,并采用術(shù)后視功能與生存質(zhì)量調(diào)查表(VF-14)評(píng)定患者術(shù)后視覺質(zhì)量。結(jié)果術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月A組UCNVA、UCIVA、BCNVA恢復(fù)情況均優(yōu)于B組(均為P0.05),術(shù)后1周、3個(gè)月A組UCDVA恢復(fù)情況均優(yōu)于B組,術(shù)后3個(gè)月等效球鏡屈光度低于B組(P0.05)。A組暗視、明視炫光、暗視炫光不同頻率下對(duì)比敏感度均高于B組(均為P0.05);A組術(shù)后3個(gè)月VF-14評(píng)分低于B組(P0.05);A組在0.0 D與-2.5 D形成2個(gè)波峰,-2.0~-2.5 D形成平臺(tái)期,B組僅在0.0 D與-3.0 D形成2個(gè)波峰。結(jié)論白內(nèi)障手術(shù)患者植入Tecnis ZMB00 MIOL可改善患者術(shù)眼裸眼視力,提升對(duì)比敏感度,改善患者術(shù)后視功能及生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the optical and visual quality after implantation of Tecnis ZMB00 and Acry Sof Re STOR SN6AD1 multifocal intraocular lens (multifocal Intraocularlens, MIOL) in patients with cataract surgery. Methods 120 patients (130 eyes) were selected from March 2012 to July 2015 in our department of ophthalmology for cataract surgery. All patients were used MIOL. They were divided into group A (group Tecnis ZMB00) and group B (group AcrySof ReSTOR SN6AD1) according to the type of MIOL, and the naked eye distant vision before and after operation (uncorrect distant visual acuity), naked eye near vision, naked eye distance vision, and the best correction of far vision. Est correct distant visual acuity, BCDVA), the best correction of near vision (best correct near visual acuity, BCNVA), draw the defocus curve, contrast sensitivity analysis, and use the postoperative visual function and quality of life questionnaire to assess the postoperative visual quality of patients. Results 1 weeks, 1 months, 3 months after the operation, restore the situation. All the conditions were better than the B group (P0.05). The UCDVA recovery in group A 1 weeks after the operation was better than that in the B group. The equivalent photometry at 3 months after the operation was lower than the B group (P0.05).A group dark vision, and the contrast sensitivity at different frequencies at different frequencies was higher than that of the B group (all P0.05), while the A group was lower than the group of P0.05 in the 3 months after the operation. 0 2 peaks were formed, -2.0~-2.5 D formed a platform period, and group B only formed 2 peaks at 0 D and -3.0 D. Conclusion the implantation of Tecnis ZMB00 MIOL in cataract surgery patients can improve the visual acuity of the open eyes of the patients, improve the contrast sensitivity, improve the visual function and the quality of life of the patients after operation.
