【摘要】：目的觀察及研究孟魯司特對腺樣體肥大患兒血清變態(tài)反應及應激指標的影響情況。方法選取66例腺樣體肥大患兒為研究對象,將其分為對照組(常規(guī)腺樣體肥大治療組)33例和觀察組(常規(guī)治療加孟魯司特組)33例,然后將兩組患兒治療前和治療后4周、8周及16周的血清變態(tài)反應及應激指標進行比較。結果治療前兩組患者的血清變態(tài)反應及應激指標均差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而治療后4周、8周及12周觀察組的血清變態(tài)反應及應激指標均低于對照組(P0.05)。結論孟魯司特可顯著地改善腺樣體肥大患兒血清變態(tài)反應及應激指標的表達情況,對于本類患兒的疾病治療效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of montelukast on serum hypersensitivity and stress index in children with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods 66 children with adenoid hypertrophy were divided into control group (33 cases in routine adenoid hypertrophy group) and observation group (33 cases in routine treatment plus montelukast group). Then the serum hypersensitivity and stress indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in serum hypersensitivity and stress indexes between the two groups before treatment, but the serum hypersensitivity and stress indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Conclusion Montelukast can significantly improve the expression of serum hypersensitivity and stress index in children with adenoid hypertrophy.
