【摘要】：目的:探討綜合療法治療真菌性角膜潰瘍的效果及臨床轉(zhuǎn)歸。方法:在我院接受治療的真菌性角膜潰瘍患者共159例159眼,采取10項綜合措施治療,隨訪3mo以上,觀察潰瘍愈合情況及最終視力。結(jié)果:真菌性角膜潰瘍平均住院時間12.11±5.13d,治愈148例148眼,治愈率93.1%,好轉(zhuǎn)8例(5.0%),無效3例(1.9%)。最終視力≥0.3占56.0%(89/159)。最終視力≥0.1者占85.5%(136/159),在148例治愈患者中占91.9%(136/148)。結(jié)論:采取綜合療法治療真菌性角膜潰瘍有較高的治愈率,視力恢復(fù)良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect and clinical outcome of combined therapy for fungal corneal ulcer. Methods: a total of 159 cases (159 eyes) of fungal corneal ulcer were treated in our hospital. 10 comprehensive measures were taken to follow up over 3mo to observe the healing of ulcer and the final visual acuity.
