【摘要】：目的：探討準分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(LASEK)和機械法準分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(Epi-LASIK)術(shù)后不同時間角膜中央知覺和淚膜穩(wěn)定性的恢復(fù)情況。方法將60例(120眼)近視患者隨機分為兩組各30例(60只眼)，分別行LASEK和Epi-LASIK，在術(shù)后2w，4w,12w,24w對角膜中央知覺和淚膜穩(wěn)定性的恢復(fù)情況進行隨訪，并行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：LASEK組術(shù)后2周、4周測定的角膜中央知覺的值分別是44.85±5.78mm和49.85±5.01mm， Epi-LASIK組術(shù)后2周、4周時則為48.36±6.22mm和52.66士5.86mm，兩組角膜中央知覺的結(jié)果對比，P㩳0.01，差異顯著；術(shù)后12周LASEK和Epi-LASIK分別為55.55±4.02mm和56.31±4.60mm，兩組結(jié)果對比P㩳0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；而術(shù)后24周兩組分別為57.31±3.11mm和57.62±2.68mm，兩組對比P㧐0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。淚膜穩(wěn)定性表現(xiàn)為術(shù)后2周、4周時，非侵入性淚膜破裂時間在LASEK組分別為6.88±2.32s和9.06±3.15s，Epi-LASIK組為7.46±1.56s和9.62±1.29s，，兩組對比P㩳0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；12周、24周LASEK組的值為11.21±5.13s和13.03±4.65s，Epi-LASIK組的值為12.06±0.98s和12.15±2.10s，兩組對比P㧐0.05，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論通過對術(shù)后早期淚膜穩(wěn)定性、角膜中央知覺的恢復(fù)比較，Epi-LASIK術(shù)后相對較快的恢復(fù)及較少的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥，表明Epi-LASIK優(yōu)于LASEK。
[Abstract]:Objective : To investigate the restoration of corneal central perception and tear film stability at different time after LASIK ( LASEK and Epi - LASIK ) . The results showed that the values of central perception of cornea were 44.85 鹵 5.78mm and 49.85 鹵 5.01mm at 2w , 4w , 12w and 24w after operation . Results : The results showed that the central perception of cornea was 48.36 鹵 6.22mm and 52.66 鹵 5.86mm at 2w , 4w , 12w and 24w after operation .
LASEK and Epi - LASIK were 55 . 55 鹵 4 . 02mm and 56.31 鹵 4 . 60mm at 12 weeks after operation .
There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( 57.31 鹵 3.11mm and 57.62 鹵 2.68mm , P < 0.05 ) . The tear film stability was 6.88 鹵 2.32s in LASEK group and 9.06 鹵 3.15 s in LASEK group , and 7.46 鹵 1.56s in Epi - LASIK group and 9.62 鹵 1.29s in LASEK group .
In the 12 - week and 24 - week LASEK group , the values of the LASEK group were 11.21 鹵 5.13s and 13.03 鹵 4.65s , the values of Epi - LASIK group were 12.06 鹵 0.98 s and 12.15 鹵 2.10s , the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups .
