【摘要】：目的：探討中藥益氣解毒方抗單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎（herpes simplex keratitis，HSK）復(fù)發(fā)的臨床療效。 方法：將診斷為復(fù)發(fā)性HSK患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,各組均為80只眼，對(duì)照組給予更昔洛韋眼用凝膠點(diǎn)眼，治療組在更昔洛韋眼用凝膠點(diǎn)眼，同時(shí)給予益氣解毒湯口服，治療兩療程（30天），并對(duì)治愈后患者隨訪1年，其中治療組78只眼，對(duì)照組79只眼。 結(jié)果：治療組淺層型角膜炎的總有效率為92.5%，經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，兩組有顯著性差異（P0.05），治療組深層型角膜炎的總有效率為89.5%，經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，兩組有顯著性差異（P0.05），治療組淺層型平均治愈時(shí)間為12.23±2.06天，明顯較對(duì)照組縮短（P0.01），深層型平均治愈時(shí)間為19.67±3.12天，明顯較對(duì)照組縮短（P0.01）。隨訪結(jié)果顯示，第一周期治療組74例中7例復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率為9.5%，對(duì)照組72例中20例復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率為27.8%，第二周期治療組65例中8例復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率為12.3%；對(duì)照組50例中18例復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率為36%。兩周期內(nèi)治療組的復(fù)發(fā)率均明顯低于對(duì)照組（P0.01）。兩組治愈患者第一次復(fù)發(fā)平均時(shí)間比較，治療組較對(duì)照組延長(zhǎng)，經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理，差異有顯著性（P0.05）。兩組治療前后平均1年內(nèi)的復(fù)發(fā)次數(shù)比較，，治療組治療后較治療前明顯減少（P0.01），對(duì)照組則無(wú)明顯變化（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：中藥益氣解毒方治療復(fù)發(fā)性HSK，可提高療效，縮短病程，延長(zhǎng)潛伏時(shí)間，減少?gòu)?fù)發(fā)次數(shù)降低復(fù)發(fā)率，具有明顯增加抗單純皰疹病毒和抗HSK復(fù)發(fā)的功效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi jiedu recipe (YQJD) on the recurrence of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: the patients with recurrent HSK were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group was 80 eyes. The control group was given ganciclovir eye gel point eye, the treatment group was treated with ganciclovir eye gel point eye, and the treatment group was given Yiqi jiedu decoction orally. The patients were followed up for 1 year, 78 eyes in the treatment group and 79 eyes in the control group. Results: the total effective rate of superficial keratitis in treatment group was 92.5. There was a significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis, and the total effective rate of deep keratitis in treatment group was 89.5g by statistical analysis. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The average cure time of the superficial type in the treatment group was 12.23 鹵2.06 days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the average cure time in the deep type was 19.67 鹵3.12 days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The follow-up results showed that in the first cycle treatment group, 7 cases recurred with a recurrence rate of 9.5%, 20 cases in the control group with a recurrence rate of 27.8 cases, 8 cases in the second cycle treatment group with a recurrence rate of 12.3% and 18 cases in the control group of 50 cases. The recurrence rate was 36%. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). The average time of the first relapse in the two groups was longer than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The average recurrence times of the two groups within 1 year before and after treatment were significantly decreased after treatment in the treatment group than before treatment, but no significant change was found in the control group. Conclusion: Yiqi jiedu prescription can improve the curative effect, shorten the course of disease, prolong the latent time, reduce the times of recurrence and reduce the recurrence rate. It can obviously increase the effect of anti-herpes simplex virus and anti-recurrence of HSK.
