【摘要】：正患兒,男,因"呼吸困難、紫紺、喉中痰鳴1h"于2016年9月2日入院。患兒系第4胎第2產,足月順產娩出,出生體重3 750g,否認宮內窘迫及窒息史,生后哭聲弱,口腔分泌物多,自口腔、鼻腔吸出約5ml白色黏液,喉中痰鳴仍著,伴呼吸急促、困難、口唇紫紺,皮測血氧飽和度80%左右,急轉入新生兒科。查體:T36.7℃,P160次/min,R70次/min,SPO2 75%;精神差,煩躁,呼吸急促,喘憋貌,哭聲弱,低啞,鼻翼煽動,顏面及四肢發(fā)紺,前囟平,
