【摘要】：目的探討Humphrey-青光眼進展分析(GPA)技術(shù)在監(jiān)測正常眼壓性青光眼(NTG)病情進展中的作用。分析識別NTG病情進展的有效指標。方法回顧性分析確診為NTG并堅持每3~6個月來院隨訪的患者30例48只眼,定期行眼壓檢查、裂隙燈檢查、眼底、Humphrey視野檢查。根據(jù)視野結(jié)果,分別采用臨床評估方法和Humphrey-GPA技術(shù)分析視野的變化,判斷病情進展程度。結(jié)果利用臨床評估方法分析得出18眼進展,30眼無進展;利用Humphrey-GPA軟件分析得出13眼進展,35眼無進展。結(jié)論臨床評估方法與Humphrey-GPA技術(shù)在識別NTG病情進展時有良好的一致性,Humphrey-GPA技術(shù)能準確識別視野的細微變化,較好評價NTG病情進展情況,是監(jiān)測NTG病情進展的重要指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of Humphrey- glaucoma progression analysis (GPA) in monitoring the progression of normal intraocular pressure glaucoma (NTG). To analyze the effective indicators to identify the progression of NTG. Methods Thirty patients (48 eyes) diagnosed as NTG and followed up every 3 ~ 6 months were examined with intraocular pressure (IOP), slit lamp (slit-lamp) and ocular fundus Humphrey visual field. According to the results of visual field, the clinical evaluation method and Humphrey-GPA technique were used to analyze the changes of visual field and to judge the degree of disease progression. Results the clinical evaluation analysis showed that 18 eyes had no progress in 30 eyes and 13 eyes had no progress by Humphrey-GPA software. Conclusion there is good consistency between clinical evaluation method and Humphrey-GPA technique in identifying the progression of NTG. Humphrey-GPA can accurately identify the subtle changes in visual field and evaluate the progression of NTG. It is an important index to monitor the progression of NTG.
