【摘要】：目的探討自體乳突骨皮質(zhì)應(yīng)用于開放式鼓室成形術(shù)的療效。方法將40例慢性化膿性中耳炎患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,每組20例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在常規(guī)開放式鼓室成形術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上以自體乳突骨皮質(zhì)行上鼓室重建手術(shù)及乳突腔填充術(shù),對照組則僅完成常規(guī)開放式鼓室成形術(shù),隨訪1年,比較兩組術(shù)后干耳及聽力改善情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后1年實(shí)驗(yàn)組干耳率100%,高于對照組(70.0%,14/20),兩組聽力較術(shù)前明顯改善(P0.01),但術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)組純音聽力提高值(23.42±90dB)高于對照組(8.43±0.04dB)。結(jié)論自體乳突骨皮質(zhì)應(yīng)用于開放式鼓室成形術(shù)中上鼓室重建及乳突腔填充治療慢性化膿性中耳炎,術(shù)后干耳率高,聽力提高效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of autologous mastoid bone cortex in open tympanoplasty. Methods 40 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). In the control group, only routine open tympanoplasty was completed, followed up for one year, and the improvement of dry ear and hearing was compared between the two groups. Results 1 year after operation, the dry ear rate of the experimental group was 100%, which was higher than that of the control group. The hearing of the two groups was significantly improved than that of the preoperation (P 0.01), but at 6 months after operation, the improvement of pure tone hearing in the experimental group was 23.42 鹵90 dB, which was higher than that in the control group (8.43 鹵0.04 dB). Conclusion the autologous mastoid bone cortex was used in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media with open tympanoplasty and mastoid cavity filling. The dry ear rate was high and the hearing was improved.
