【摘要】：目的探究淚道探通術(shù)治療先天性淚道阻塞的臨床體會。方法選取我院2015年5月~2016年6月期間接收的先天性淚道阻塞患兒62例作為本次研究的對象,將其根據(jù)不同治療的訪視分為對照組和試驗組,其中行常規(guī)沖洗按摩治療的31例為對照組,采用淚道探通術(shù)治療的另外31例歸為實驗組,對比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果經(jīng)不同治療以后,試驗組患兒總有效率和淚道阻塞復發(fā)率96.77%、6.45%,與對照組的80.65%、22.58%相比較,差異明顯,且具備統(tǒng)計學方面的意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在先天性淚道阻塞患兒中采用淚道探通術(shù)進行治療,能夠取得較高的臨床療效,且復發(fā)率較低,值得在臨床上推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical experience of lacrimal duct exploration in the treatment of congenital lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Sixty-two children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction received by our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment visits. Among them, 31 cases were treated with routine irrigation and massage as control group, and 31 cases treated by lacrimal passage exploration were classified as experimental group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results after different treatment, the total effective rate and recurrence rate of lacrimal duct obstruction in the experimental group were 96.777.75 and 6.45, which were significantly different from those in the control group (80.65 ~ 22.58%), and had statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion in children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction, lacrimal duct exploration can obtain higher clinical curative effect and lower recurrence rate, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
