【摘要】：目的了解天津市7~22歲學(xué)生疑似近視現(xiàn)狀及流行特征,為學(xué)生近視防控工作提供線索。方法采用分層隨機整群抽樣方法選取天津市7~22歲漢族學(xué)生9 606名進行視力檢查,應(yīng)用串鏡篩查疑似近視學(xué)生。結(jié)果天津市7~22歲學(xué)生疑似近視檢出率為70.8%,城市男生、城市女生、鄉(xiāng)村男生、鄉(xiāng)村女生的疑似近視檢出率分別為71.6%,75.6%,63.9%,71.9%,城市女生檢出率最高。天津市小學(xué)低年級、小學(xué)高年級、初中、高中、大學(xué)的疑似近視檢出率分別為33.2%,62.9%,83.3%,87.2%,85.9%。9~13歲學(xué)生疑似近視檢出率急劇上升,城市學(xué)生和鄉(xiāng)村女生自13歲、鄉(xiāng)村男生自15歲開始,各年齡組人群中超過3/4的人視力不能達到5.0。結(jié)論天津?qū)W生疑似近視檢出率較高,近視發(fā)生有低齡化趨勢。不僅要預(yù)防近視的發(fā)生,更要采取有效措施控制已經(jīng)近視學(xué)生的視力進一步惡化。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation and epidemic characteristics of suspected myopia among 22 year old students in Tianjin, and to provide clues for prevention and control of myopia. Methods 9 606 Han students aged 722 years old in Tianjin were selected by stratified random cluster sampling for visual acuity examination, and the suspected myopia students were screened by serial endoscopy. Results the detection rate of suspected myopia was 70.8% for 722 year old students in Tianjin. The detection rate of suspected myopia was 71.6%, 75.6%, 63.9% and 71.9% for urban boys, city girls, rural girls and rural girls, respectively. The detection rate for urban girls was the highest. The detection rate of suspected myopia in Tianjin elementary school, senior grade, junior high school, senior middle school, high school and university was 33.2% and 83.3%, respectively. The detection rate of suspected myopia among students aged 85.9.913 years old increased sharply, urban students and rural girls from 13 years old and country boys from 15 years old. More than three out of four people in all age groups do not have a vision of 5.0. Conclusion the detection rate of suspected myopia in Tianjin students is high, and the incidence of myopia tends to be younger. Not only to prevent the occurrence of myopia, but also to take effective measures to control the deterioration of eyesight of students with myopia.
