【摘要】：目的探討基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2，MMP-2)、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9，，MMP-9)在鼻息肉組織、正常下鼻甲組織中表達(dá)程度的差異性，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析及探討兩者的臨床意義。 方法選取青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院的住院病人45例為鼻息肉組及15例為對(duì)照鼻甲組，其中鼻息肉組，男性21例，女性24例，年齡18～71歲，對(duì)照組，男性8例，女性7例，年齡20～61歲。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量RT-PCR方法檢測(cè)上訴標(biāo)本中的MMP-2、MMP-9基因mRNA的表達(dá)情況.采用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果MMP-2、MMP-9在鼻息肉組織及對(duì)照下鼻甲組織中均有表達(dá)，MMP-2在鼻息肉中的相對(duì)表達(dá)量（0.968±0.399）明顯高于其對(duì)照組（0.649±0.408）(P0.05)，MMP-9在鼻息肉中的相對(duì)表達(dá)量（1.198±0.543）亦明顯高于其對(duì)照組（0.752±0.398）(P0.05)。 結(jié)論與正常鼻甲組織比較MMP-2、MMP-9在鼻息肉組織中表達(dá)增高，兩者不同程度的增高可能與鼻息肉發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。通過(guò)某些藥物有效降低鼻息肉中MMP-2、MMP-9的活性表達(dá)，可能對(duì)鼻息肉的預(yù)防、治療及復(fù)發(fā)率降低有著重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in nasal polyps and normal inferior turbinate, and to explore their clinical significance. Methods Forty-five inpatients of Qinghai University affiliated Hospital were selected as nasal polyp group and 15 cases as control group. The nasal polyps group consisted of 21 males, 24 females, aged 1871 years, and the control group consisted of 8 males and 7 females, aged 20 to 61 years. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA in appellate specimens was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results the relative expression of MMP-2 in nasal polyps and lower turbinate tissues was 0.968 鹵0.399), which was significantly higher than that in control group (0.649 鹵0.408). The relative expression of MMP-9 in nasal polyps was 1.198 鹵0.543. It was also significantly higher than that in control group (0.752 鹵0.398P0.05N). Conclusion the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in nasal polyps may be closely related to the occurrence and development of nasal polyps. Some drugs can effectively reduce the activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in nasal polyps, which may have important clinical significance for the prevention, treatment and the reduction of recurrence rate of nasal polyps.
