【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法對(duì)肝火熾盛型單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎(SH K)的療效。方法:40例(70眼)中醫(yī)證型屬肝火熾盛型單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表方法隨機(jī)分為西藥治療組20例(35眼)和中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組20例(35眼)。西藥治療組采用阿昔洛韋眼膏涂患眼,bid;阿昔洛韋滴眼液點(diǎn)患眼,q2h;中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組則在西藥治療組的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用龍膽瀉肝湯加減,每日一劑,水煎200m L,分早晚兩次服用;分3個(gè)療程,2周為1個(gè)療程,共治療6周3個(gè)療程,療程結(jié)束后3個(gè)月隨訪。結(jié)果:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組總有效率94.11%、西藥治療組總有效率88.23%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3個(gè)月后中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組復(fù)發(fā)率為8.82%,西藥治療組復(fù)發(fā)率為17.64%,兩組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法是治療肝火熾盛型單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎的首選,具有顯著療效,是很值得我們?cè)谂R床上推廣的治療方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on herpes simplex keratitis (HSK).Methods 40 cases (70 eyes) were randomly divided into western medicine treatment group (20 cases, 35 eyes) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group (20 cases, 35 eyes).The western medicine group was treated with acyclovir ointment, acyclovir eye drops, eye drops, Q2h, and the treatment group, on the basis of western medicine treatment group, Gentian Xiegan decoction was used, once a day, water decoction 200ml, twice in the morning and evening.It was divided into 3 courses and 2 weeks as a course of treatment, 6 weeks and 3 courses of treatment, followed up for 3 months after the end of the course of treatment.Results: the total effective rate was 94.11 in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group and 88.23 in the western medicine treatment group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After 3 months, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 8.82, and the recurrence rate of the western medicine treatment group was 17.64. The comparison between the two groups was made.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is the first choice in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis with liver fire, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
