【摘要】：年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)是世界范圍內(nèi)中老年人視力喪失的主要疾病之一,是多病因多因素多機(jī)制介導(dǎo)的慢性退行性眼科疾病。AMD確切發(fā)病機(jī)制仍不明確,眾多研究發(fā)現(xiàn)年齡、遺傳、營(yíng)養(yǎng)失衡、表觀遺傳學(xué)、氧化應(yīng)激、補(bǔ)體激活和炎癥反應(yīng)等多種因素參與其發(fā)病。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)體維生素D水平和DNA甲基化與AMD發(fā)病有一定關(guān)系。以下將維生素D缺乏和DNA甲基化在AMD發(fā)病機(jī)制的作用進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Age related macular degeneration (age-related macular, degeneration, AMD) is one of the main diseases in the world and vision loss in the elderly, is sick because of various mechanisms mediated by chronic degenerative eye disease.AMD the exact pathogenesis is still not clear, many studies found age, genetic, nutritional imbalance, epigenetics, oxidative stress a variety of factors, complement activation and inflammatory reaction involved in its pathogenesis. Recent studies have found that vitamin D levels and incidence of DNA methylation and AMD have a certain relationship. The lack of vitamin D and DNA methylation are reviewed in the pathogenesis of AMD.
