【摘要】：目的:探討Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)和微覺(jué)醒指數(shù)在重度OSAHS患者病情評(píng)估中的價(jià)值。方法:經(jīng)PSG確診的1193例重度OSAHS患者,按嗜睡程度分為3組,即輕度嗜睡組(ESS≤12),中度嗜睡組(13≤ESS≤17),重度嗜睡組(ESS≥18)。分別比較各組年齡、微覺(jué)醒指數(shù)(ArI)、AHI、AI、低通氣指數(shù)(HI)、LSaO_2、BMI進(jìn)行比較。對(duì)ESS、ArI與其他睡眠參數(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果:3組ArI、AHI、AI、HI、LSaO_2差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。ESS和ArI與AHI、AI呈弱正相關(guān)性(r=0.187~0.399,P0.05),ESS和ArI與HI、LSaO_2呈弱負(fù)相關(guān)性(r=-0.14~-0.448,P0.05)。結(jié)論:Epworth嗜睡量表和ArI在重度OSAHS患者病情評(píng)估中有重要價(jià)值。
