【摘要】：目的分析早產(chǎn)兒眼底疾病的患病率及患早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變的高危因素,為臨床診治提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用RetCam 3小兒視網(wǎng)膜成像系統(tǒng)對(duì)2015年3月-2016年3月出生的所有早產(chǎn)兒進(jìn)行眼底疾病篩查,并結(jié)合患兒的一般臨床資料對(duì)早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變進(jìn)行高危因素分析。結(jié)果對(duì)1 313例早產(chǎn)兒進(jìn)行篩查,一共篩查出301例眼底疾病患兒,其中早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變208例,非特異性視網(wǎng)膜滲出性病變53例,視網(wǎng)膜出血33例,原始玻璃體動(dòng)脈殘留4例,視神經(jīng)發(fā)育不全1例,永存原始玻璃體增生癥1例,黃斑色素沉著1例。Logistic回歸分析早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變的高危因素有低胎齡、低出生體重、不規(guī)范吸氧史、多胎及輸血史。結(jié)論 RetCam 3眼病篩查能在早產(chǎn)兒人群中篩查出眼底疾病;早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變的高危因素有低胎齡、低出生體重、不規(guī)范吸氧史、多胎及輸血史。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of fundus disease of premature infants and the high risk factors of retinopathy of preterm infants, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods all premature infants born from March 2015 to March 2016 were screened for fundus diseases by RetCam 3 system, and the high risk factors of retinopathy of preterm infants were analyzed based on general clinical data.Results A total of 301 cases of ocular fundus diseases were screened in 1 313 premature infants, including 208 cases of retinopathy, 53 cases of non-specific retinopathy, 33 cases of retinal hemorrhage and 4 cases of residual vitreous artery.1 case of optic nerve hypoplasia, 1 case of persistent primary vitreous hyperplasia and 1 case of macular pigmentation. Logistic regression analysis showed that the high risk factors of retinopathy of premature infants were low gestational age, low birth weight, irregular history of oxygen inhalation, multiple fetuses and history of blood transfusion.Conclusion RetCam 3 ophthalmopathy screening can detect fundus diseases in premature infants, and the high risk factors for retinopathy of premature infants are low gestational age, low birth weight, irregular history of oxygen inhalation, multiple births and history of blood transfusion.
