【摘要】：目的探討矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮聯(lián)合重瞼成形的手術(shù)效果。方法 36例伴內(nèi)眥贅皮的單瞼患者均施行反Stallard法矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮,并聯(lián)合重瞼成形術(shù)。患者術(shù)后隨訪3~12個(gè)月,觀察效果。結(jié)果重瞼形態(tài)良好,內(nèi)眥部瘢痕輕微,美學(xué)效果良好。結(jié)論反Stallard法矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮聯(lián)合重瞼成形術(shù),手術(shù)方法設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單、易操作、符合生理要求,術(shù)后重瞼及內(nèi)眥形態(tài)良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of correction of epicanthus combined with double eyelid plasty.Methods 36 cases of single eyelid with epicanthus were treated with reverse Stallard method and combined with double eyelid plasty.The patients were followed up for 3 ~ 12 months.Results the shape of double eyelid was good, the scar of inner canthus was slight, and the aesthetic effect was good.Conclusion reversed Stallard method for correction of epicanthus combined with double eyelid plasty is simple, easy to operate and meets the physiological requirements. The shape of double eyelid and inner canthus is good after operation.
