【摘要】：目的:分析鼻內(nèi)鏡輔助下開放徑路聯(lián)合放療治療中晚期上頜竇惡性腫瘤患者的臨床療效,并探討進(jìn)一步提高療效的方法。方法:回顧性分析29例鼻內(nèi)鏡輔助下開放徑路聯(lián)合放療治療中晚期上頜竇惡性腫瘤患者的生存情況。結(jié)果:29例患者癌腫病灶均順利切除,其中7例Ⅳ期行術(shù)前放療加手術(shù)加術(shù)后放療,22例采用手術(shù)加術(shù)后放療。中位隨訪時間60個月(23~129個月)。全組患者3年和5年存活率分別為72%、61%,其中Ⅱ期分別為90%、80%,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期分別為63%、51%。結(jié)論:鼻內(nèi)鏡輔助下開放徑路聯(lián)合放療是治療上頜竇惡性腫瘤的一種有效的綜合治療方法,無遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移Ⅳ期患者聯(lián)合術(shù)前放療仍可獲得很好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic open approach combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced maxillary sinus malignant tumor, and to explore the methods to improve the curative effect.Methods: 29 patients with advanced maxillary sinus malignant tumor were treated with open approach and radiotherapy under nasal endoscope retrospectively.Results all tumor lesions were resected successfully in 29 cases. Among them, 7 cases received preoperative radiotherapy plus operation plus postoperative radiotherapy in 7 cases. 22 cases were treated with surgery plus postoperative radiotherapy.The median follow-up time was 60 months from 23 to 129 months.The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of the patients in the whole group were 72 and 61 respectively, of which 90 were in stage 鈪，
