【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療老年干眼的臨床療效。方法:將門(mén)診患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,各57例,對(duì)照組選用愛(ài)麗滴眼液,治療組加用自擬中醫(yī)湯劑。結(jié)果:治療組治愈率與好轉(zhuǎn)率均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療老年干眼有較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on dry eyes in the elderly.Methods: the outpatients were randomly divided into control group (n = 57) and treatment group (n = 57).Results: the cure rate and improvement rate of the treatment group were better than that of the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of dry eyes in the elderly.
