【摘要】：目的:研究PDR(增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變)患者玻璃體中VEGF(血管內(nèi)皮生長因子)、CTGF(結(jié)締組織生長因子)含量及其相關(guān)性,以探討VEGF和CTGF對PDR病程發(fā)生發(fā)展的影響。方法:收集淮南市第一人民醫(yī)院眼科2015年9月至2016年9月,因PDR IV~VI期行玻璃體切除手術(shù)的患者21例21眼玻璃體為PDR組,因視網(wǎng)膜脫離、眼外傷或晶體脫入玻璃體行玻璃體切除手術(shù)的患者12例12眼玻璃體為對照組。采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)方法分別測定PDR組和對照組玻璃體中VEGF、CTGF的濃度,并進(jìn)行組間比較,所得數(shù)據(jù)采用SPASS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件分析。結(jié)果:PDR組VEGF含量(147.24±42.43pg/ml)明顯高于對照組(57.98±17.06pg/ml),PDR組CTGF含量(1188.06±233.38ng/ml)高于對照組為(684.21±199.33ng/ml),二者均有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。但PDR組VEGF與CTGF含量相關(guān)性不顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變組患者的VEGF和CTGF水平均高于對照組患者,提示VEGF、CTGF共同參與了增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,抗CTGF可能將成為治療PDR新靶點。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the content and correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in vitreous of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR), and to investigate the effect of VEGF and CTGF on the development of PDR.Methods: from September 2015 to September 2016, 21 cases (21 eyes) of PDR IV~VI underwent vitrectomy in Huainan first people's Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016, and 21 eyes of vitreous body were divided into PDR group and retinal detachment group.Vitrectomy was performed in 12 patients with ocular trauma or vitrectomy.The concentrations of VEGF CTGF in vitreous of PDR group and control group were determined by Elisa. The data were compared with each other. The data were analyzed by SPASS17.0 software.Results the VEGF content in the control group (147.24 鹵42.43 PG / ml) was significantly higher than that in the control group (57.98 鹵17.06 PG / ml), and the CTGF content in the control group was 1188.06 鹵233.38 ng / ml, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (684.21 鹵199.33 ng / ml).However, there was no significant correlation between VEGF and CTGF content in PDR group (P 0.05).Conclusion: the levels of VEGF and CTGF in proliferative diabetic retinopathy group are higher than those in control group, suggesting that VEGF CTGF is involved in the occurrence and development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and anti CTGF may be a new target for the treatment of PDR.
