MR三維成像在高度近視中的應(yīng)用探討

【摘要】:目的:采用MR三維成像比較高度近視眼和正視眼的眼球徑線和容積,探討高度近視眼球的徑線、容積與屈光度的相關(guān)性。方法:研究對(duì)象為高度近視眼40例共80眼(患者組)和正視眼40例共80眼(對(duì)照組)。所有受試者均行MR三維成像檢查,測(cè)量并比較2組受試者的眼球徑線及眼球容積。結(jié)果:所有受試者的眼球三維MR圖像清晰。高度近視眼球呈不同程度擴(kuò)張,80眼中57眼可見后鞏膜葡萄腫形成。患者組眼球前后徑、左右徑、上下徑及容積分別為(29.38±2.31)、(25.58±1.80)和(24.94±1.49)mm及(10.78±1.91)cm3,對(duì)照組分別為(22.98±0.66)、(22.59±0.62)和(23.17±1.04)mm及(7.57±0.70)cm3,兩組間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其中以前后徑的差值最大。高度近視眼球的徑線、容積與屈光度均呈正相關(guān)(r值0.383~0.542,P0.001)。結(jié)論:高度近視眼球的徑線及容積較正視眼明顯增大。MR三維成像可以清晰顯示眼球的形態(tài),高度近視眼球的徑線及容積與屈光度間有一定相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the diameters and diopters of high myopia and orthopia by three dimensional Mr imaging, and to explore the correlation between the diopter and the diameter of high myopia.Methods: 40 cases of high myopia (80 eyes) and 40 cases of orthopia (control group) were studied.All subjects underwent three-dimensional Mr imaging to measure and compare the diameter and volume of the eyeball.Results: the three-dimensional Mr images of the eyeballs of all subjects were clear.Posterior scleral grape swelling was seen in 57 eyes of 80 eyes with high myopia.鎮(zhèn)h,
