【摘要】：目的探討自體材料(軟骨和骨)在修復(fù)鼻畸形中的應(yīng)用及優(yōu)勢。方法總結(jié)分析2004-07~2009-12收治的46例不同類型鼻畸形(包括先天性的與后天性的)患者資料。46例患者根據(jù)鼻畸形程度及畸形部位,合理選擇自身材料耳甲軟骨、鼻中隔、肋軟骨、髂嵴骨雕刻成形后單獨(dú)移植或聯(lián)合假體植入。結(jié)果 46例患者術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)切口甲級愈合,術(shù)區(qū)無明顯瘢痕增生,供區(qū)無明顯外形及功能異常,主要畸形均得到矯正,鼻外形基本接近正常。結(jié)論客觀評價畸形的外在表現(xiàn)并分析其病理基礎(chǔ),從而針對其形態(tài)解剖特點(diǎn)入手,個性化設(shè)計自體材料,充分利用自體材料的易成活、不排異等特性修復(fù)鼻畸形,針對性強(qiáng)、術(shù)后患者更容易接受。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application and advantages of autologous materials (cartilage and bone) in the repair of nasal deformities.Methods the data of 46 patients with different types of nasal deformities (including congenital and acquired nasal deformities) admitted in 2009-12 were analyzed. According to the degree and location of nasal deformities, the materials of otinate cartilage, nasal septum and costal cartilage were reasonably selected.The iliac crest was grafted alone or combined with prosthesis after engraving of iliac crest.Results the incision of 46 cases was healed in grade A, no scar hyperplasia, no abnormal shape and function in donor area, major deformities were corrected, and the nasal shape was almost normal.Conclusion objective evaluation of the external manifestations of deformity and analysis of its pathological basis, so as to start with its morphological and anatomical characteristics, personalized design of autologous materials, making full use of the characteristics of autologous materials to survive, no rejection and other characteristics to repair nasal deformities, strong pertinence.Postoperative patients are more receptive.
