【摘要】：目的探討眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、MMP-7的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法采用免疫組化S-P法檢測(cè)50例眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌和20例眼瞼松弛癥組織中MMP-2、MMP-7的表達(dá)水平,并分析兩者與眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌組織中MMP-2、MMP-7的陽(yáng)性率分別為76.0%(38/50)、78.0%(39/50),均高于眼瞼松弛癥組織的10.0%(2/20)、15.0%(3/20)(P均0.05)。眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌組織中MMP-2、MMP-7的表達(dá)均與患者的腫瘤直徑、TNM分期及有無(wú)脈管浸潤(rùn)有關(guān)(P0.05)。眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌組織中MMP-2、MMP-7的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.493,P0.05)。結(jié)論眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌組織中MMP-2、MMP-7的表達(dá)明顯升高,兩者可能協(xié)同促進(jìn)眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP) -2m-2 + -mMMP-7 in eyelid basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of MMP-2MMP 7 in 50 cases of eyelid basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and 20 cases of blepharolacia. Results the positive rate of MMP-2MMP-7 in BCC tissues was 76.0% 3850% and 78.0% respectively, which was higher than that in blepharolacia tissues (10.0% 20%, 15.0%, 0.05%, P = 0.05). The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-7 in eyelid basal cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in blepharolacia tissues (10.0% 20%, 15.0%, 0.05%, P = 0.05), respectively. The positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-7 in eyelid basal cell carcinoma were 78.0% and 78.0%, respectively, which were higher than those in blepharolacia tissues. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-7 was positively correlated with TNM stage and vascular infiltration in patients with BCC. Conclusion the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-7 in BCC is significantly higher than that in BCC. Both of them may promote the occurrence and development of basal cell carcinoma of eyelid.
