【摘要】：目的分析2014-2016年北京同仁眼科中心青光眼專科門診的青光眼類型構(gòu)成比。設(shè)計回顧性病例系列。研究對象2014-2016年北京同仁眼科中心青光眼專科門診4383例青光眼患者。方法回顧青光眼�？崎T診PACS系統(tǒng)青光眼患者的電子病歷資料。用SPSS11.0軟件統(tǒng)計患者的診斷類型、性別與年齡情況。主要指標構(gòu)成比。結(jié)果 3年門診患者8108例,其中青光眼患者4383例(54.1%)。3年累計構(gòu)成比中慢性閉角型青光眼、原發(fā)性開角型青光眼、急性閉角型青光眼、原發(fā)性嬰幼兒型青光眼、青少年型青光眼、新生血管性青光眼、青光眼睫狀體炎綜合征、正常眼壓性青光眼分別占39.0%、30.1%、10.3%、1.9%、4.2%、3.7%、1.5%、0.2%。慢性閉角型青光眼、原發(fā)性開角型青光眼、急性閉角型青光眼、原發(fā)性嬰幼兒型青光眼、青少年型青光眼、新生血管性青光眼、青光眼睫狀體炎綜合征中男性分別占26.0%、59.4%、21.1%、66.3%、65.0%、64.8%、73.4%;患者平均年齡分別為(62.6±9.8)、(52.5±15.1)、(65.3±9.0)、(10.7±11.5)、(21.1±5.9)、(56.8±15.7)、(37.0±14.5)歲。結(jié)論 2014-2016年北京同仁醫(yī)院青光眼�？崎T診中原發(fā)性青光眼占青光眼患者的3/4,半數(shù)患者為原發(fā)性閉角型青光眼,原發(fā)性開角型青光眼占30%。與原發(fā)性開角型青光眼相比,原發(fā)性閉角型青光眼患者年齡較大,女性更常見。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the proportion of glaucoma types in the glaucoma clinic of Tongren Eye Center in Beijing from 2014 to 2016. To design a series of retrospective cases. Methods 4383 glaucoma patients in glaucoma clinic of Beijing Tongren Eye Center from 2014 to 2016 were studied. Methods the data of electronic medical records of glaucoma patients with PACS system in glaucoma outpatient department were reviewed. The diagnostic types of patients were analyzed by SPSS11.0 software. Results there were 8108 outpatients with 3 years of outpatient care, including 4383 patients with glaucoma (54.1%). The cumulative ratio of three years was moderate chronic angle closure glaucoma, primary open angle glaucoma, acute angle closure glaucoma. Primary infant glaucoma, juvenile glaucoma, neovascularization glaucoma, glaucomatocyclitis syndrome, and normal intraocular pressure glaucoma accounted for 39.0% and 30.1% respectively.
