【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程眼科包括遠(yuǎn)程咨詢、遠(yuǎn)程篩查、遠(yuǎn)程存檔、遠(yuǎn)程會診、遠(yuǎn)程門診、遠(yuǎn)程手術(shù)等幾個方面。遠(yuǎn)程眼科篩查對于早期發(fā)現(xiàn)常見致盲性眼病以及慢病的眼部并發(fā)癥具有重要意義。遠(yuǎn)程會診是解決較為復(fù)雜眼病診治的一種有用方式。遠(yuǎn)程眼科在國內(nèi)仍屬于起步階段,遠(yuǎn)程眼科服務(wù)需要進一步推廣,醫(yī)務(wù)人員是遠(yuǎn)程眼科的技術(shù)主體,遠(yuǎn)程眼科服務(wù)范疇及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要制定,與面對面診療的一致性需要深入研究,遠(yuǎn)程眼科的收費機制及商業(yè)模式需要進一步探索,人工智能輔助遠(yuǎn)程閱片需要研究完善。
[Abstract]:Remote ophthalmology includes remote consultation, remote screening, remote archiving, remote consultation, remote outpatient, Remote ophthalmologic screening is of great significance for the early detection of common blind eye diseases and ocular complications of chronic diseases. Remote consultation is a useful method for the diagnosis and treatment of more complicated ophthalmopathy. Cheng's ophthalmology is still in its infancy in China. The distance ophthalmology service needs to be further popularized. Medical personnel are the main technical body of remote ophthalmology. The scope and standard of remote ophthalmology service need to be formulated, and the consistency with face-to-face diagnosis and treatment needs to be deeply studied. The charging mechanism and business model of remote ophthalmology need to be further explored.
