【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展極不平衡,不同地區(qū)的醫(yī)療水平存在著巨大的差異。眼科影像是診斷眼科疾病的重要依據(jù),而在不發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)沒(méi)有相應(yīng)的檢測(cè)設(shè)備,加之眼科醫(yī)生所具備的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對(duì)比較薄弱,造成各大醫(yī)院經(jīng)常是人滿為患。通常,醫(yī)生通過(guò)觀察眼底圖像來(lái)對(duì)眼科疾病進(jìn)行診斷,傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式導(dǎo)致醫(yī)療資源稀缺并且效率非常低下。云計(jì)算的出現(xiàn),帶來(lái)了新興的服務(wù)模式。通過(guò)云計(jì)算平臺(tái)將醫(yī)療服務(wù)搬上云端,形成一個(gè)醫(yī)療云服務(wù)數(shù)字化生態(tài)環(huán)境,使得人們可以不受地域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的限制就可獲取優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)。本文針對(duì)不發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)醫(yī)療資源稀缺及眼科?朴跋裨\斷技術(shù)薄弱等問(wèn)題,利用先進(jìn)的醫(yī)學(xué)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)及基于大數(shù)據(jù)的眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù),構(gòu)建并探索第三方獨(dú)立影像服務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)眼科專科影像的前端診斷及優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療資源下移。本論文主要研究的是眼科?朴跋裨品⻊(wù)平臺(tái)研發(fā),通過(guò)軟件工程學(xué)的方法并結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)構(gòu)建眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)平臺(tái)和綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)。論文首先從云平臺(tái)使用者的角度進(jìn)行需求分析,而后對(duì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上分別對(duì)眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)的采集和眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。其次,構(gòu)建基于HDFS的眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),對(duì)不同的數(shù)據(jù)格式分別使用sqoop、flume以及打包壓縮上傳的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)眼科數(shù)據(jù)的采集,并從模式層和實(shí)例層對(duì)眼科數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行清洗。最后,對(duì)眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)和綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)分別進(jìn)行測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:眼科影像數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)具有良好的擴(kuò)展性和容錯(cuò)性,可以保障眼科數(shù)據(jù)的高可靠性;眼科綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)的業(yè)務(wù)功能正常運(yùn)行,符合預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The development of medical and health system in China is very uneven, there are great differences between different regions of the medical level. The eye image is important for the diagnosis of eye disease, without a corresponding detection device in the underdeveloped areas, and eye doctors have the knowledge and experience is relatively weak, resulting in major hospitals are often overcrowded usually, the doctor through the observation of fundus images for the diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases, the traditional model of medical care cause scarce medical resources and the efficiency is very low. The emergence of cloud computing has brought the new service mode. Through cloud computing platform of medical services onto the cloud, the formation of a medical cloud service in the digital environment, which makes people can not limit the level of regional economic development can obtain high-quality medical services. Aiming at the scarcity of medical resources in underdeveloped areas and eye specialist. As the problem diagnosis technology is weak, the use of medical cloud services platform and advanced technology dealing with image data based on large data, and to explore the construction of independent third party image service operation mode, front-end diagnosis and high-quality medical resources to achieve lower eye specialist images. This paper mainly studies the ophthalmic imaging cloud service platform development through the method of software engineering and the combination of big data technology to construct the eye image data storage platform and integrated service platform. Firstly, from the point of view of the user cloud platform needs analysis, and the overall design of cloud service platform, based on the collection and eye image data on eye image data storage design respectively. Secondly, construct the eye image data platform based on HDFS, using sqoop for different data formats and compression on the flume package The way to achieve eye data acquisition, and from the pattern layer and the layer of ophthalmic data cleaning examples. Finally, the eye image data platform and integrated service platform were tested. The results show that: the eye image data platform has good scalability and fault tolerance, can guarantee the high reliability of ophthalmic data; business function the operation of Ophthalmology service platform, in line with the expected design.
