【摘要】：目的比較分析鼻內(nèi)鏡下吸切割器切除術(shù)與腺樣體刮除術(shù)治療小兒腺樣體肥大的臨床效果。方法 66例小兒腺樣體肥大患兒,采用數(shù)字隨機(jī)法分成觀察組和對照組,各33例。觀察組采取鼻內(nèi)鏡下吸切割器切除術(shù)治療,對照組采取腺樣體刮除術(shù)治療,比較兩組臨床效果。結(jié)果觀察組痊愈28例(84.85%),顯效4例(12.12%),無效1例(3.03%),總有效率96.97%,對照組痊愈16例(48.48%),顯效11例(33.33%),無效6例(18.18%),總有效率81.82%,觀察組患兒總有效率高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組術(shù)后出血1例(3.03%),腺樣體殘留0例,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率3.03%,對照組術(shù)后出血7例(21.21%),腺樣體殘留5例(15.15%),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率36.36%,觀察組患兒并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼻內(nèi)鏡下吸切割器切除術(shù)治療小兒腺樣體肥大療效和術(shù)后并發(fā)癥均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)腺樣體刮除術(shù),是優(yōu)秀的治療方式之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic endoscopic curettage and adenoid curettage in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods 66 children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 33 cases each. The observation group was treated with endoscopic suction cutter, while the control group was treated with adenoid curettage. Results the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results in the observation group, 28 cases were cured (84.85), 4 cases were significantly effective (12.12), 1 case was ineffective (3.03g), and the total effective rate was 96.97%. In the control group, 16 cases were cured (48.48%), 11 cases (33.3333%) were effective, 6 cases were ineffective (18.18%), and the total effective rate was 81.82. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the observation group, there were 1 case of postoperative hemorrhage, 1 case of postoperative hemorrhage, 0 cases of adenoid residue, the incidence of complications was 3.03, 7 cases of postoperative hemorrhage in the control group were 21.21%, 5 cases of adenoid residue were 15. 15%, the incidence of complications was 36.36%, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Endoscopic resection of adenoid hypertrophy and postoperative complications are superior to those of traditional adenoidectomy, which is one of the best methods for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.
