【摘要】：目的:觀察綜合性心理干預對釔鋁石榴石(yttrium-aluminum garnet,YAG)激光治療生理性玻璃體混濁患者臨床療效的影響。方法:篩選2016年1月至2016年12月期間100例生理性玻璃體混濁的患者,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為實驗組和對照組,每組各50例,實驗組采取YAG激光治療聯(lián)合綜合性心理干預;對照組僅單獨采取YAG激光治療及常規(guī)護理。2組分別于術(shù)前填寫凱斯勒心理困擾量表(Kessler psychological distress scale,K-10),術(shù)后3個月進行臨床療效評價并再次填寫K-10量表。結(jié)果:2組治療前K-10量表組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療后3個月K-10量表與治療前差值比較,2組均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),患者的心理困擾程度降低,2組組間比較,實驗組下降幅度較對照組大,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后3個月療效和綜合滿意度比較,2組之間的療效差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),實驗組的主覺癥狀改善率與綜合滿意度明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:心理干預對YAG激光治療生理性玻璃體混濁有顯著輔助作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention of yttrium aluminum garnet (yttrium-aluminum, garnet, YAG) effects of laser treatment of vitreous body physiological opacity patients clinical curative effect. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2016 during the screening of 100 cases of patients with vitreous body muddy reason, according to the random number table method divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group, experiment group was treated with YAG laser therapy combined with comprehensive psychological intervention; the control group only take YAG laser therapy and routine nursing group.2 respectively before surgery to fill Kessler psychological distress scale (Kessler psychological distress scale, K-10), after 3 months of clinical evaluation and complete K-10 scale again. Results: the treatment in the 2 groups the K-10 scale between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05), 3 months after treatment compared with before treatment K-10 scale difference, 2 groups were statistically significant (P0.05), psychological distress in patients with history The degree of reduction between the 2 groups, the experimental group decreased significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); comparison and comprehensive satisfaction curative effect after 3 months of treatment, the curative effect was statistically significant differences between the 2 groups (P0.05), and the rate of satisfaction was significantly better than the control group to improve the symptoms of experimental group. Conclusion: the psychological intervention on YAG laser treatment have significant physiological vitreous body muddy supporting role.
