【摘要】：正近年來,隨著廣譜抗生素、免疫抑制劑、糖皮質(zhì)激素的應(yīng)用以及介入性醫(yī)療操作的開展,糞產(chǎn)堿桿菌在臨床標(biāo)本中的檢出率逐漸增加~([1-4]),而膽脂瘤型中耳炎伴糞產(chǎn)堿桿菌感染較為少見。作者科室2015-05月收治了1例膽脂瘤型中耳炎復(fù)發(fā)伴糞產(chǎn)堿桿菌感染的患者,報道如下。1病歷資料患者,男,52歲,因"右耳乳突根治術(shù)后5年,再發(fā)反復(fù)流膿3年"于2015-05月入院。患者于2004年因
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids and interventional medical procedures, The detection rate of alcaligenes faecalis in clinical specimens increased gradually ([1-4]), but cholesteatoma type otitis media with alcaligenes faecalis infection was rare. A case of cholesteatoma type otitis media recurrence with infection of Alcaligenes faecalis was admitted in our department from May to May, 2015.In our department, a case of cholesteatomatous otitis media recurred with mycobacterium faecalis infection. The patient, 52 years old, was admitted to hospital in 2015-05 because of "5 years after radical mastoidectomy of right ear and 3 years of recurrent suppuration". The patient was admitted to hospital in 2004.
