基于多重判定的純音聽閾測定方法

【摘要】:聽覺感知特性在聽力評估中占有重要地位。該文面向嵌入式平臺,基于人耳聽覺特性,提出振幅到聲壓級的聲學(xué)參數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)純音測試信號的自動生成;設(shè)計基于人耳聽覺感知的測試音強(qiáng)度調(diào)整規(guī)則,提出基于多重判定的聽閾值高信度確定方法和基于噪聲掩蔽效應(yīng)的聽閾值修訂算法;設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)面向嵌入式平臺的純音聽閾測定方法和系統(tǒng),實(shí)驗(yàn)對比了聽力正常者的純音聽力曲線和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聽力范圍。結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)可方便快捷地及時檢查聽力變化,且具有較好的信度,也可用于聽力篩查和療效的評估。
[Abstract]:Auditory perception plays an important role in hearing assessment. This paper presents an acoustic parameter conversion model from amplitude to sound pressure level based on the embedded platform and realizes the automatic generation of standard pure tone test signal. This paper designs the intensity adjustment rules based on human auditory perception, and proposes a new method to determine the high confidence of hearing threshold based on multiple decision and an algorithm to revise the threshold based on noise masking effect. The method and system of pure tone hearing threshold measurement for embedded platform are designed and implemented. The pure tone hearing curve and standard hearing range of normal hearing are compared. The results show that the system can quickly and conveniently check the hearing changes. It has good reliability and can also be used for hearing screening and evaluation of curative effect.
