【摘要】：目的探討良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)患者是否存在焦慮狀態(tài)。方法對58例確診為BPPV的患者采用狀態(tài)-特質(zhì)焦慮問卷(state-trait anxiety inventory,STAI)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并與國人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)常模進(jìn)行比較,分析其是否存在焦慮狀態(tài)及其程度,并對不同性別、年齡、受教育程度BPPV患者進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果男、女性BPPV患者特質(zhì)焦慮(T-AI)得分(分別為42.19±7.92、41.16±9.40分)與國人男、女性常模得分(分別為41.11±7.74、41.31±7.54分)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.539、0.924);但狀態(tài)焦慮(S-AI)得分(分別為43.64±7.82、41.43±5.47分)高于國人男、女性常模(分別為39.71±8.80、38.97±8.45分),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.033、0.01)。不同性別、年齡及受教育程度BPPV患者特質(zhì)焦慮(T-AI)得分差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.674、0.349、0.077),但狀態(tài)焦慮(T-AI)得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.046、0.02、0.035),男性、老年、受教育程度較高的BPPV患者焦慮程度分別高于女性、中青年、受教育程度較低的患者。結(jié)論 BPPV患者存在焦慮情緒,但與常人相比無明顯焦慮潛質(zhì);男性、老年、受教育程度較高的BPPV患者焦慮程度分別高于女性、中青年、受教育程度較低的BPPV患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the existence of anxiety in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (paroxysmal positional vertigo) patients. Methods 58 patients with BPPV were investigated with state-trait anxiety inventory (STAI) and compared with the Chinese standard norm. The anxiety state and its degree were analyzed and compared between male and female patients with BPPV of different sex, age and education. Results the scores of T-AII in male and female patients with BPPV (42.19 鹵7.92 鹵41.16 鹵9.40) were compared with those in Chinese. The scores of female norm (41.11 鹵7.74, 41.31 鹵7.54) had no significant difference (P = 0.539 鹵0.924, respectively), but the scores of state anxiety (S-AII) (43.64 鹵7.82, 41.43 鹵5.47, respectively) were higher than those of male, respectively. The female norm (39.71 鹵8.80) was 38.97 鹵8.45 (P = 0.033). There was no significant difference in scores of trait anxiety (T-AII) between age and education BPPV patients (P = 0.674), but there was significant difference in T-AII score (P = 0.0466, P = 0.020.035, P = 0.674, P = 0.020.035, P = 0.67 4, P = 0.349n, P = 0.035). The anxiety level of BPPV patients with higher education level was higher than that of female, young and middle-aged patients, and the patients with lower education level. Conclusion there is anxiety in BPPV patients, but there is no obvious anxiety potential in BPPV patients. The anxiety degree of BPPV patients with higher education level was higher than that of female, young and middle-aged patients, and BPPV patients with lower education level.
