【摘要】：正鼻硬結(jié)病是由鼻硬結(jié)克雷伯桿菌(Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis,KR)導(dǎo)致的一種慢性進(jìn)行性肉芽腫性炎癥疾病,約98%的患者鼻部受累常先位于皮膚與鼻前庭交界部位,因其可緩慢向周圍蔓延至鼻竇、上呼吸道、氣管等處,因此也稱為呼吸道硬結(jié)病。由于鼻硬結(jié)病廣泛侵犯鼻竇者較少見(jiàn),累及鼻腔鼻竇缺乏特異性的臨床特征,易導(dǎo)致誤診�，F(xiàn)將我科近年收治的2例鼻腔鼻竇硬結(jié)病患者的資料報(bào)告如下,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)本病的臨床表現(xiàn)、
[Abstract]:Nasal sclerosis is a chronic progressive granulomatous inflammatory disease caused by Klebsiella rhinoscleromatisKR. About 98% of the patients have nasal involvement at the junction of the skin and nasal vestibule, as it can slowly spread to the paranasal sinus. The upper respiratory tract, the trachea, and so on, and therefore also known as respiratory sclerodyma. Because nasal sclerodystrophy is relatively rare, the involvement of the nasal cavity and sinuses lacks specific clinical features. It is easy to cause misdiagnosis. The data of 2 cases of sinonasal and sinonasal knot in our department in recent years are reported as follows, and the related literature is reviewed, and the clinical manifestations of this disease are reviewed.
