【摘要】：目的探討氣囊導(dǎo)尿管治療硬幣類食管異物的價值與臨床應(yīng)用。方法回顧性分析2000年5月~2015年6月耳鼻咽喉科收治的130例采用雙腔導(dǎo)尿管法治療兒童硬幣類異物的手術(shù)方式、成功率和并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果130例中,一次性順利取出112例,16例需第二次進管取出,另2例因患兒極度不配合而住院給予全麻下同樣方法進行手術(shù),術(shù)后均未出現(xiàn)任何并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論盡早明確診斷、采取恰當手術(shù)方式是治療兒童食管硬幣類異物成功和降低兒童食管異物并發(fā)癥的關(guān)鍵所在。兒童硬幣類的食管異物采用雙腔氣囊導(dǎo)尿管取出的手術(shù)方法具有安全、可靠、取材方便、實用性強及無并發(fā)癥等優(yōu)點,在臨床工作中具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value and clinical application of balloon catheter in the treatment of coin-like foreign bodies in esophagus. Methods from May 2000 to June 2015, 130 cases of children with coin foreign bodies were treated with double-chamber urethral catheter. Results among 130 cases, 112 cases were successfully removed in one time, 16 cases needed to be removed by the second tube, the other 2 cases were hospitalized with the same method under general anesthesia because of the extreme uncooperation of the children. There were no complications after operation. Conclusion the diagnosis is as early as possible. The key to the success of the treatment and the reduction of complications of the esophageal foreign bodies in children is to adopt the appropriate surgical method. The surgical method of removing the foreign bodies of the children's coins by using the double-chamber balloon catheter is safe and reliable, and it is a safe and reliable method for the treatment of the foreign bodies in the esophagus of the children. It has the advantages of convenience, practicability and no complications. It has certain reference value in clinical work.
